**Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If your order is expecting delays, we will notify you as soon as possible of the changes. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Corresponding customs duties and import taxes will be levied on shipments to EU countries. However, there will be no need for you to settle these fees upon receipt of your package. The duty charges will be duly reflected on your payment page. Please be advised that any return and refund request made subsequent to the product delivery will not include reimbursement for previously incurred taxes and fees.

Taxes will be calculated at checkout for customers within the European Union. All customers located within the Singapore must pay taxes regardless of shipping location. No additional duty is payable upon receipt of your order.

*Address changes are not permitted once our warehouse has shipped your product.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@zzkk.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
